Buzzed Technologies builds custom AI and software embedded in how companies actually operate. We automate intake, internal workflows, LLM pipelines, and production systems for businesses that want infrastructure they own, not another subscription.

How we deliver is simple. A Hunter taps their network and puts the right company in front of us. A Sponge absorbs that business until they know it cold and becomes the single context source for the build. A Full Stack Engineer ships the product using AI-native workflows, working from the Sponge's specs instead of going back to the client.

The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. Clients depend on what we ship. When something breaks, it breaks in production, not in a slide deck.

About the role

Buzzed is looking for a Hunter embedded in the networks where good companies actually live: founders, operators, family businesses, portfolio companies, and enterprise teams that are underbuilt for the AI era.

This is not a traditional sales seat and you are not diagnosing the problem. You tap your network, explain what Buzzed does, and when the fit feels real you connect the company to a Sponge. The Sponge absorbs the business, writes the specs, and works with our engineers. You stay out of delivery and participate in the upside for as long as that client keeps spending with us.

We are optimizing for someone with real relationships and good instincts for who should hear about Buzzed: companies with operational drag, AI pressure from leadership, or owners who know something is broken but do not know what to build.

Backgrounds that tend to be a strong fit: a connector with a trusted rolodex, an operator who knows which companies are ready for an intro, an ex-founder who can explain Buzzed credibly, or someone with a reputation for opening doors without overselling or muddying the handoff.

What you'll do

  • Tap your network for companies that could benefit from custom AI, automation, or software Buzzed actually builds and runs.
  • Put out the feeler: explain what Buzzed does, what kind of problems we take on, and why an intro is worth their time.
  • Make warm introductions and hand off to a Sponge when there is real interest. You are not scoping, diagnosing, or running discovery.
  • Protect the relationship after the intro so the client trusts the handoff and Buzzed can do the work.
  • Build a steady flow of qualified intros across industries where Buzzed's model applies.
  • Run independently. No quota theater, no required pipeline updates, no sitting in on client build work.

What you'll need

  • A real network across small, mid-sized, or enterprise companies, not a list you are still building from scratch.
  • Ability to explain Buzzed clearly and honestly without sounding scripted or generic.
  • Instinct for who is a good fit and the confidence to pass when something is not.
  • Comfort handing off to a Sponge and staying out of the delivery loop.
  • Judgment in high-stakes conversations where your credibility is the asset.
  • Track record of opening doors, making intros that land, or bringing in business through relationships.

Nice to haves

  • Existing relationships with founders, operators, or department leads who are actively feeling AI or automation pressure.
  • Experience selling services or consulting where the buyer trusted you before the vendor.
  • Enough familiarity with AI and software to recognize a plausible fit without pretending to diagnose the solution.
  • Portfolio, family office, or multi-company network where one good intro can unlock several accounts over time.

Compensation

15–20% of lifetime client spend.

The structure is intentionally simple: when your network creates real revenue, you participate in the upside for as long as that client keeps spending with Buzzed. The exact percentage depends on the relationship, scope, and involvement.
